网络上出现了一个经营复仇业务的神秘网站“CIELO”。站长是个带着面具的女人，只要客户付钱，她就会代他去实行报复。某电视台职员偶然得知了这个网站，大为感兴趣，便联系了站长想了解更多的内幕。“你难道不想看看人遭到报复那一刻的样子么？”在站长的提议之下，该职员进行了跟踪追拍采访。报复对象有骗婚的陪酒女郎、发生医疗事故的医生、挖内幕新闻的记者等。随着采访的逐渐深入，站长的真实身份也开始露出了端倪。然而真相却完全出乎人们的预料……...
