电影简介:

1974年4月，年轻女记者朱莉和大叔男记者寇文被瑞士电台派往葡萄牙准备报导瑞士对葡萄牙的援助情况。他们到达后与行将退休的老录音师鲍勃会合，还雇佣了葡萄牙小伙子贝利做翻译。几个人乘坐鲍勃的大众“康比”面包车四处采访，可是结果令人失望，没有发现什么有价值的新闻。一路上朱莉和寇文的矛盾不断激化，起初满怀希望的贝利也无所事事。最后他们决定放弃采访打道回府。不料就在此时，葡萄牙爆发了著名的“康乃馨革命”，记者们身不由己地卷入了这场动荡之中，渡过了1974年4月24日那个疯狂的夜晚。...
